The Last of Us Part II

2020 has seemed neverending so it's apt that we end with the longest podcast of the year. Yes it's "Game of the Year" time!

Running late but with more news to debate! In this episode we have the Playstation State of Play, Nintendo's Indie World, The Last of Us Part 2, Space Engineers, The Touryst, Forager and some "fanalysis".

"E3" still had some stuff to say before it left. Most of it was hurtful but like true professionals we've cut all that out so we can present the last of this year's hype season news.

The driest May on record is over but the drought is coming to an end. Just look at this episode. We have news about future news, The Wholesome Direct and The Last of Us Part II. The rain is coming! We also talk about some games what we played like Streets of Rage, Valorant, Terraria and Halo 2.

Times are weird but for gamers much remains the same. Take comfort in the fact that your backlog will still be there, gin is readily available and Counter Strike players will still be the worst people alive.

There were probably a lot of tears this morning as England came second in the rugby World Cup but you can’t spell tears without tea, so we talk a bit about that instead. There’s also some Devil May Cry 5, Autonauts and maybe a bit more understanding about what Death Stranding actually is.

Somehow October has crept up on us in a lederhosen. Stay vigilant out there. In this episode we have pretending to care about Star Wars, Oktoberfest history and some games that don’t involve a screen alongside the games that need a screen. That’ll be Gears 5, Untitled Goose Game, Bloodstained and Link’s Awakening then.
