It's hot, fresh and 100% of a podcast (this time). It's a Monday SaladCast!
This week we talk about moving home, Switch Pro rumours, Yakuza 3, Satisfactory, Panzer Dragoon Remake and some standard recurrences.
Pacer, formerly known as Formula Fusion, is a futuristic racing game from R8 Games, which consists of many of the people who developed Wipeout before the closure of SCEE Liverpool.

If you're hangry for content in the category of "mostly video games", pull up a chair. There's Pokémon news for Zac to tear into, cancellation news for Rob to praise, and TV show endings it's hard for Dan to avoid spoiling. On top of that we add Dirt 5, Control and Deep Rock Galactic to our "played games" list.
2020 has seemed neverending so it's apt that we end with the longest podcast of the year. Yes it's "Game of the Year" time!
You all know what this is so let's not write an overwrought blurb and cut to the chase. It’s the Game of the Year 2017 as discussed and picked by the happysalad crew. There’s loads of games discussed with some level of enthusiasm but which will give rise to the most?
There still isn't a great deal of news about. It’s now backpacking in Asia, lost it’s passport and may never return. Meanwhile, there is the subject of breakfast for us at home to attend to.
In this episode: Splatoon 2, Snake Pass, Fault: Milestone One, Formula Fusion, Wipeout 3, Minecraft, Titanfall 2, Noita, Overwatch, and the Zelda bit is back.
The news is on holiday, probably trying to get a tan on its white spaces, so it's up to us to fill time with epic tales of mundanity.
We got Alienation, Splatoon 2, Formula Fusion, Crypt of the Necrodancer, Wipeout Omega Collection, Minecraft and a visual novel. Pretty sure there’s something missing here...
Dan has re-plumbed his tubes and returns to the fold only to find a mess of games happened. Let's clean it up!
In this episode: Dan’s E3 review, Tekken 7, Atari, Sonic’s boosh, Ever Oasis, bagging areas, DiRT 4, and the Zelda section never leaves.
What happens when food colouring, car repair, doorbells and video games combine? The SaladCast emerges in a spontaneous burst of foliage! Also in this episode: No Man's Sky, interior design, Grand Theft Auto V, PS4 Slim, Titanfall 2, Olympic coverage, Star Citizen, sexy consoles and the general hype status of 2016.
Who likes long podcasts? We like long podcasts! So we made a long podcast! Exclamation marks!!! Rob gets sour over another Rare Replay game but Dan returns from Morocco to lift him up with MGSV. Zac, meanwhile, exposes us all to his lucky glow (it's radiation) by starting Fallout 4 again.
PS. We kinda totally missed that most of PSX had happened the day before recording. It wasn’t that great though.
As E3 is looming, just one month away, it's light news time. Nothing much is happening until the convention crazy starts leaking out like battery acid.
In this episode we talk about Guillermo Del Toro, Gears of War, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, Formula Fusion, Splatoon, Kerbal Space Program, Rayman Legends, Freedom Planet, Dirt Rally, GTA V and there’s some pretty stupid padding.
