Sonic Colors sees the Blue Blur boldly going to space in a 2D/3D hybrid platformer featuring power-ups, large stages, and some of the fastest speeds in the Sonic series.
We've defended Sonic Colors countless times on the Saladcast so we should probably attempt to demonstrate why. Zac and Rob have a rave and get the munchies in Tropical Resort and Sweet Mountain.

It's sometimes said that Sonic games like to play themselves and Star Carnival might be a pretty good example to wag your finger at. Zac and Rob just let things happen.
It's another "double zoner" this time featuring the creatively named Asteroid Coaster and Aquarium Park which are levels set on asteroids and in an aquarium. Clever.

New consoles may be upon us but we have a lot to be thankful for from the last 8 or so years of gaming. This special episode has us look back on our favourite stuff from the last cycle.
